Murphy's Law of Barn Sitting

If you have to go to the office directly after bringing in/ feeding horses in your work clothes, it WILL rain it's ass off and you WILL have to personally cohere all equines out of their run-in sheds and into their stall and you WILL go to work drenched and with mud splatters on your slacks...

Just thought you should be forewarned.

  3. Yep. And on show days where you're rushed to get critters loaded and already dressed in breeches and ratcatcher... you WILL get green slobbers all over your breeches.

Now I just pretend I have all the time in the world, avoids most slobbers ;)

  7. Thank you Nicki! He's a fabulous boy! I'm certainly lucky to have him :) But if the hunter ring doesn't work out, we will do what he wants to do.
